  • Butter (melted)
  • Brown sugar
  • Granulated sugar
  • Large egg
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • All-purpose flour
  • Baking soda
  • Kosher salt

Directions:

  • In a bowl, whisk together butter and both sugars; then add vanilla extract and a large egg until mixed. Add baking soda, flour, and salt, stirring until it’s all combined.
  • Place the parchment paper on the air fryer basket, making sure to leave room for the hot air to flow. Using a larger scoop (equal to 3 tablespoons), place the cookie dough onto the paper, leaving 2″ space in between each cookie, and flatten them slightly.
  • Bake them for 8 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until they are golden and slightly soft. Give them a 5-minute cooling rest before serving.

AIR FRIED S’MORES:

Ingredients:

  • Graham crackers.
  • Marshmallows.
  • Chocolate bars.

Directions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to about 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Carefully place the graham crackers in the basket in a single layer and top it up with marshmallows (place a wire rack on the marshmallows to make sure they don’t move).
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until the marshmallows are slightly melted and their edges are golden brown.
  • Take them out and place a chocolate bar on top of the marshmallows and close them down with a graham cracker on top of them.

AIR-FRIED CHURROS:

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Milk
  • Canola oil
  • All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Lemon zest
  • Large egg
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  • In a large saucepan, bring milk, water, oil, and salt to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir it until it forms a smooth ball. Transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Beat the smooth dough on medium-high speed for 1 minute, or until the dough gets soft. Add the larger egg and lemon zest to the dough and beat it for an additional 2-3 minutes. Let it rest again for 5 minutes.
  • Take a pastry bag with a large star tip and pipe the dough on the parchment paper into 4″ or 3″ inch strips, leaving a 1″ gap between all of them. Chill for 1 hour.
  • Spray the churros with the cooking spray and place them in the basket carefully. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the outer layer, is brown and slightly crunchy.
  • Combine granulated sugar and sprinkle the churros with it.

AIR-FRIED Apple Fritters:

Ingredients:

  • Apple (small diced)
  • All-purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Sugar
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Butter
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Lemon juice

Directions:

  • Cut the apple into small dice cubes. You can peel it off according to your preference, but it’s not necessary.
  • In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Stir it until it is combined properly.
  • In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients like eggs, milk, lemon juice, and butter.
  • Add both the mixture and the diced apple to a single bowl and stir until all is combined.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator while preheating your oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Scoop the apple fritter batter in a single layer on the parchment paper into medium-sized balls (2 tablespoons), making sure each fritter is not touching the other. Cook them for 6-7 minutes.

  • Butter
  • Confectioners sugar
  • Large eggs
  • Egg yolks
  • All-purpose flour
  • Peppermint extracts
  • Crushed peppermint candy (optional)

Directions:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter for 30 seconds; stir until mixed.
  • Add confectioners’ sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and peppermint extract to the melted mixture, and whisk it until it is blended. Then fold the whole mixture into the flour.
  • Take the ramekins (a small bowl to serve as a side dish), then grease and flour them generously so that the batter doesn’t stick while cooking. Pour the batter into ramekins.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 Fahrenheit, then place the ramekins in the air fryer basket carefully.

  • Large egg
  • Tube of refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • Water
  • Confectioners sugar
  • Nutella

Directions:

  • Whisk eggs with water. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a circle and cut it into 4 equal wedges.
  • Brush lightly with the whisked egg mixture and then top each wedge with 1 teaspoon of Nutella. Bring the corner above the filling and tightly seal it by pinching the sides.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and place each wedge in the ungreased basket of an air fryer.
  • Cook them for 8–10 minutes, turning them once, or until each side is crusty and golden brown.

AIR FRYER APPLE HAND PIES:

  • Pack of pie crust
  • Can of apple pie filling
  • Large egg
  • Water
  • Sugar

Directions:

  • Take out the pie crust from the packaging and cut it into 5″ circles using a cookie cutter.
  • Place two apple slices from the apple filling onto the pie dough on the bottom half. With a little water on the tip of your finger and wet the outside edges, seal the pie dough by folding it over the filling, making the moon shape.

Ingredients:

  • Granny smith or green apples (halved and cored)
  • Old style oats
  • Brown sugar
  • Melted butter

Directions:

  • Load your air fryer basket with the halved and cored apples facing upwards in a single layer. Cook the apples for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. (If your apples don’t stay in place, then you can use scrunched-up aluminum on either side of the apples.)
