Instructions

  • Step 2- Rinse and chop all the bell peppers into bite-sized cubes, and chop the red onion too.
  • Step 3- Then sprinkle some olive oil on them with a little bit of salt and pepper. Mix them until they are equally coated with spices.
  • Step 4- Now put the Italian sausages in an air fryer basket and let them cook for 6 minutes at 360° F don’t forget to flip them over after a while.
  • Step 5- Put the bell peppers and onions in the air fryer with the sausages and let them cook for another 6 minutes until the sausage’s internal temperature reaches 160° F.
  • Step 6- Once everything is done, take it out from the air fryer and serve it hot. There is no need to garnish it.
