    INGREDIENTS:

    • Hotdogs
    • Crushed tortilla chips
    • Self-rising flour
    • Cheddar cheese sticks (halved)
    • Yogurt (preferably greek)
    • Salsa powder
    • Chilli powder
    • Seeded jalapeno pepper (if you want it extra spicy)

    Directions:

    • Slit each hotdog lengthwise without cutting it deep, then insert the halved cheese stick right inside the slit. Set them aside.
    • Preheat the air fryer to 350 Fahrenheit.
    • In a large bowl mix yogurt, flour, chili powder, jalapenos, and tortilla chips; stir them together to form a soft dough.
    • Cut strips of dough measuring 13 to 15 inches long, roll them onto hotdogs stuffed with cheese, coat them with cooking spray, and then roll them in extra crushed chips.
    • Place the hot dogs carefully into an air fryer basket with a little space between them.
    • Cook the hotdogs for about 8-10 minutes until the dough is slightly browned and the cheese is melting. Add 1-2 cooking minutes if you desire.
    • Serve them hot with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.

    Lightly spread some flour onto the rolling slab for easy dough work.

    AIR-FRIED PICKLES:

    INGREDIENTS:

    • Sliced pickle
    • Lightly beaten eggs
    • All-purpose flour
    • Salt
    • Crushed cayenne pepper
    • Garlic powder
    • Pickle juice
    • Panko bread crumbs
    • Fresh dill (chopped)

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Take out the pickles from their juice and let them sit on a paper towel until their juice is absorbed.
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400 Fahrenheit.
    • In a small bowl combine flour and salt. In another bowl add whisked eggs, pickle juice, garlic powder, and crushed cayenne powder. In the third bowl combine dill and panko breadcrumbs.
    • Line the air fryer basket with parchment or baking paper.
    • First, dip the pickle slices in the flour mixture while shaking off any excess flour; then dip and pat in the egg mixture for better adherence. Place the coated slices into the breadcrumbs and dill mixture.
    • Line the prepared pickles into the basket one by one, leaving an inch of space for better cooking.
    • Let them cook for 8-10 minutes or until the outer layer is golden brown and crispy. Dish out with ranch condiments or just with your preferred dipping.

    AIR-FRIED TOASTED RAVIOLI:

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Frozen ravioli package (thawed)
    • Lightly beaten eggs
    • Bread crumbs
    • Parmesan cheese
    • All-purpose flour
    • Dried basil
    • Traditional marinara sauce

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Combine in a bowl, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and dried basil. In a separate shallow bowl, mix flour and eggs.
    • Dip ravioli in the flour then in the egg mixture. Shake off the excess and then dip it in the breadcrumb mixture with gentle pressure. Place them in the fryer basket and lightly spray the cooking oil over them.
    • Preheat the fryer to 350 Fahrenheit for 2-3 minutes.
    • Place the basket back into its place and let them cook for a good 5-8 minutes, plate out the ravioli when the edges turn brown.
    • Sprinkle dried basil and parmesan cheese and serve them hot with marinara sauce.

    AIR FRYER BLOOMING ONIONS WITH TANGLY SAUCE:

    INGREDIENTS:

    • Large sweet onions
    • Eggs
    • Lowfat milk
    • Flour
    • Breadcrumbs
    • Garlic powder
    • Paprika
    • Salt
    • Cayenne pepper
    • Mayonnaise
    • Cocktail sauce

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Trim the upper stem off of the onions while leaving the root intact, then peel the onions.
    • Place the onion with the root side downwards, cut down through each onion but stop 1/4 inch above the roots so that sections are created.
    • In a large bowl, whisk the large eggs, flour, milk, and all the spices listed above, while in the second bowl add the breadcrumbs.
    • Dip each onion into the flour batter (shake off the excess). Then place them in the breadcrumbs bowl (pull each onion petal during the dredging process, making sure that the batter and crumbs go into every nook and corner).
    • Preheat the air fryer to 375F degrees for 4-5 minutes.
    • Place the coated onions in the basket and spray cooking oil on each side lightly. Let them cook for 20-25 minutes until they are crispy.
    • While they are cooking, mix cocktail sauce, mayonnaise, paprika, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt. Serve the onions hot with this sweet-tangly dipping sauce.

    AIRFRYER STEAK TIPS:

    INGREDIENTS:

    • Lean steak (ribeye, sirloin, or NewYork)
    • Olive oil
    • Kosher salt
    • Garlic powder
    • Onion powder
    • Black pepper
    • Cayenne
    • Steak spices (optional)

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes while trimming off the fat.
    • For marination: Cover each cube with a thin layer of olive oil and combine all the spices in a bowl. Sprinkle with the marination or just toss them in the space bowl for easy preparation. Pack them in a ziplock bag or airtight container for 4 hours of refrigerated marination.
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400 Fahrenheit. Place the meat in the parchment-lined air fryer basket with space between each cube.
    • Cook the marinated steak tips for 9-10 minutes (you can adjust the timing according to your desired doneness).
    • Flip them once midway through cooking time. Serve them after 5 minutes of rest.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • Avocados
    • All-purpose flour
    • Breadcrumbs
    • Garlic powder
    • Salt
    • Eggs
    • Sriracha sauce
    • Ranch dressing

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Wash the avocados and then cut in middle, removing the seed. Slice the avocado into wedges and scoop them with a large spoon so they aren’t broken.
    • Set up 3 bowls. In the first one combine crumbs with salt and garlic powder. The second bowl will have the all-purpose flour and the whisked eggs in the third.

    • Preheat the fryer to 400 Fahrenheit and let cook them for 4-6 minutes while flipping them once.
    • Meanwhile, avocadoes are cooking, mixing ranch dressing and sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Serve them crispy and hot.

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes and place the little smokies in the preheated fryer basket.
    • Cook smokies for 6 minutes while flipping them midway through cooking. When the cooking time is up, take out the basket, brush the bbq sauce and sprinkle brown sugar.
