  • Cheddar cheese sticks (halved)
  • Yogurt (preferably greek)
  • Salsa powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Seeded jalapeno pepper (if you want it extra spicy)

  • Slit each hotdog lengthwise without cutting it deep, then insert the halved cheese stick right inside the slit. Set them aside.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl mix yogurt, flour, chili powder, jalapenos, and tortilla chips; stir them together to form a soft dough.
  • Cut strips of dough measuring 13 to 15 inches long, roll them onto hotdogs stuffed with cheese, coat them with cooking spray, and then roll them in extra crushed chips.
  • Place the hot dogs carefully into an air fryer basket with a little space between them.
  • Cook the hotdogs for about 8-10 minutes until the dough is slightly browned and the cheese is melting. Add 1-2 cooking minutes if you desire.
  • Serve them hot with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.

Lightly spread some flour onto the rolling slab for easy dough work.

  • Sliced pickle
  • Lightly beaten eggs
  • All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Crushed cayenne pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Pickle juice
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Fresh dill (chopped)

  • Take out the pickles from their juice and let them sit on a paper towel until their juice is absorbed.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 Fahrenheit.
  • In a small bowl combine flour and salt. In another bowl add whisked eggs, pickle juice, garlic powder, and crushed cayenne powder. In the third bowl combine dill and panko breadcrumbs.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment or baking paper.
  • First, dip the pickle slices in the flour mixture while shaking off any excess flour; then dip and pat in the egg mixture for better adherence. Place the coated slices into the breadcrumbs and dill mixture.
  • Line the prepared pickles into the basket one by one, leaving an inch of space for better cooking.
  • Let them cook for 8-10 minutes or until the outer layer is golden brown and crispy. Dish out with ranch condiments or just with your preferred dipping.
