Take 5 ears of corn, take all the skins and stuff off, and cut it as small as you can to get it in the air fryer. Preheat your air fryer, put it at 390 F for 3 minutes.

Step 2: MAKE THE COATING

Make a mix to put on corn, in a mixing bowl add some mayo, cream, chili powder, lime juice, some cotija cheese, salt, and black pepper, and mix up that together.

Step 3: AIR FRY THE CORN

Place the peeled-off corn in the heated air fryer. Set the air fryer to 395 for 10 minutes and flip them at five minutes, moving around a little bit, Now cook for five minutes, remove the corn from the air fryer, and put them in little baskets.

Step 4: MAKE IT ELOTE

Brush the corn with the creamy sauce, then add the cheese, and sprinkle the herbs on top if any. Finish it off with fresh lemon or lime juice.
